Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct areas of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
